"How long does it take to receive my order once it is placed with ACatDog.com?"
-With UPS Ground Shipping it will take on average, 5 - 7 days, with a range of 4 - 9 days. It will take at most 2 business days to process the order. Expect around 2 days shipping in the Southeast, 3 days in the Northeast and Southwest, 4 days in the Midwest, and 4-5 days on the West Coast.
-With USPS Priority Mail it will usually take between 1 - 2 weeks.

"I need my order as soon as possible, but the sale is under $35. How do I choose UPS Ground Shipping?"
-On the Shipping Summary Page, before you are actually charged, there is a box to check beside the words "UPS Ground Shipping (add $3.50)." Click this box and the screen will update the price and shipping options.

"How secure is the information I provide to make a purchase or register?"
-Absolutely none of the information given to ACatDog.com is released to another entity. E-mails will only be sent to those requesting to be on the mailing list. All credit information is erased from electronic and hard copy sources every 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.

-About once a quarter an e-mail will be sent updating you on new products and promotionals.
