At ACatDog.com we try to do the best we can so you can have an enjoyable and safe internet pet supply shopping experience. We have some of the most common questions asked here. If you have other questions, please contact us at service@acatdog.com.

"What are my shipping options?"
We ship USPS Priority Mail for $5.50, or UPS Ground for $9.00 on orders which are under $35. USPS Priority is standard, if you would like UPS Ground, you can request that option during checkout.

"How do I get my free UPS Ground Shipping?"
All orders at or over $35 are automatically given free UPS Ground Shipping. You do not have to do anything extra.

"What if my order is over $35, but I have a P.O. Box?"
If your order is over $35 and qualifies for free UPS Ground Shipping, but all you have is a P.O. Box or want the order shipped to a P.O. Box, we will ship the order via USPS Priority Mail at no charge.

"How soon can I expect my order if I choose USPS Priority Mail?"
Southeast United States around 5 business days.
Southwest and Eastern United States around 6 business days.
Midwest United States around 7 business days.
Pacific Coast around 8 business days.

"How soon can I expect my order if I choose UPS Ground?"
Southeast United States around 3 business days.
Southwest and Eastern United States around 4-5 business days.
Midwest United States around 6 business days.
Pacific Coast around 7-8 business days.

"Which is better, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail?"
Usually UPS Ground is about 1-2 days quicker with delivery. UPS also has a tracking number that is updated daily. USPS just gives a delivery confirmation number. Both are reliable.
Since starting ACatDog.com we have had 1 package lost by UPS and 3 lost by USPS (less that a 1% chance).

"How soon is my order processed?"
Most orders are filled by the next business day, and are shipped the day they are filled. Sometimes orders are able to be packaged and sent the same day. If an extraordinary quantity is ordered (6 or more) of the same product, the shipment may be delayed, but not more than 1 day.


"What is your return policy?"
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and our return policy reflects this.
If your shipped order is not correct, such as the wrong item is shipped, we will send you the correct item at no charge.
If you decide after you receive the order that you no longer want it, just ship the order back to us and we will refund your credit card, minus our shipping charges. You can contact us to find the shipping charges for orders over $35. They range from $7.00 - $15.00, and are our actually charges from UPS.
Any damaged product you receive, we will replace at no charge. In some cases we will ask you to send us the damaged product back to us so we can be reimbursed by the shipping company or manufacturer. This will be at no charge to you.

Problems are very rare and the sooner you let us know you are not pleased, the quicker we can remedy the problem.

"I am worried about identity theft. What is ACatDog.com doing to prevent this?"
1. No credit card information is kept longer than 1 month after the order. This includes paper and computer.
2. We use an outside company (McAfee Safe, formerly Hacker Safe) to daily audit our site for breaks in security.
3. We use encrypted check out pages to prevent information from being stolen at the point of sale.

The only case of stolen identity we have dealt with involved a person who stole someones information in order to open a credit card account. This credit card was then used to buy products from our store. Once we found out the credit card was not issued to the correct person, we credited the amount back to the real owner immediately and started the investigation with the proper authorities.
